Children Policy:
Children under 12 years old who is sharing with parents without extra bed, is free of charge. American breakfast rate for children under 12 years old is US$ 5 net/person.

50% charge of room rate for late check out until 18.00 hours
Check-In / Check-Out Policy:
Check-in time is at 14.00 and check-out time is at 12.00 noon. The villa will attempt to accommodate any request(s) for early check-in or late check-out based on availability.
Reservation Policy:
All reservation must be confirmed by full prepayment within 14 days prior the arrival date for regular season, within 21 days prior the arrival date for high season, and within 30 days prior to the arrival date for peak season.
Cancellation & No Show Policy:
Cancellation should be made 14 days (for low season), 21 days (for high season) and 30 days (for peak season) prior to arrival. Any cancellation is subject to one night charge. No show reservations are subject to 100% cancellation of the room nights' reserved.
The '++' behind the Published Rates indicates that these prices are subject to an additional 11% Indonesian Government Tax and 10% Service Surcharge. Breakfast is usually not included in Published Rates.
Our Internet Rates are already inclusive of 21% Tax and Service Surcharge.
