A collection of private pool villas available in different configurations, from one to six bedrooms.Each has its own open thatch roofed living and dining pavilion with fully equipped kitchen. Every villa features a private swimming pool. Air conditioned bedroom suites are equipped with beautiful teak queen size four poster beds. Each suite opens to a private garden courtyard bathroom with showers amongst the ferns and bathtubs under the stars. Each villa has a unique elevated relaxation pavilion with daybeds providing stunning views across the ricefields towards the sea. An in-room safe, CD and DVD players, satellite TV and mountain bikes for exploring the local area are included with each villa. Laundry service is available at extra charge. Massage and spa services are available by appointment.

All rates are inclusive of daily Continental breakfast and welcome drink/fruit. Airport transfers may be arranged at an additional US10 per person per way. Extra Bed is available at an additional US 35 per night, inclusive of Continental breakfast. Accommodation is free of charge for children under 12, using existing bedding.
Services: Tamu Seseh Villa comes fully staffed with housekeeping, cooks, security and gardening/pool staff.
Check-In & Check-Out:
Check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check-out time is 11:00 hrs. Day use of the villa/s up until 18:00hrs will be charged at 50% of the room rate and is subject to availability.
Request for early check-in and/or check-out will be subject to availability. However, to guarantee the availability of the villa for early check-in and/or check-out, the villa must be reserved prior to the guest's arrival. Tamu Seseh reserves the right to impose a 50% charge, based on the room rate for early check-in and/or check-out for villas help up to 18:00 hrs. A full day charge of the contracted rate will be applicable thereafter.
Payment:
Bookings will only be confirmed with a 50% deposit of total accommodation charge. The full pre-payment must be settled promptly at least 17 days prior to the date's arrival or unless otherwise agreed with Tamu Seseh. If outstanding payment is delayed, Tamu Seseh reserves the right to release the booking held and impose penalty charges.
Cancellation and No Show Penalties:
Cancellation is only valid when re-confirmed by us in writing. Penalty charge of at least one night based on the room rate will be imposed for the following conditions:
* Cancellation is received within 17 days prior to arrival
* Booking is shortened within 5 days prior to arrival
The charge equaling 50% of the total length of stay or minimum 2 nights will be imposed for no show guest.
The '++' behind the Published Rates indicates that these prices are subject to an additional 11% Indonesian Government Tax and 10% Service Surcharge. Breakfast is usually not included in Published Rates.
Our Internet Rates are already inclusive of 21% Tax and Service Surcharge.
B'Fast "Included", means Breakfast is already included in our rates.
B'Fast "Excluded", means Breakfast is NOT included in our rates.
