Check in / Out Policy:
* Check in time is from 13.00 hours and check out time is on 12.00 hours noon.
* Extension of Check-out until 18.00 hours is subject to space availability and will be charged 50% off from net room rate & Check out after 18.00 is subject to one night room charge at room rate.
* Cancellation & No show:
* Cancellation less than 10 days in normal season, 17 days for high season prior to arrival or No Show the hotel reserves the right to impose one night charge.
Payment Set-Up:
* 35 days for High & Peak season prior to the arrival date while balance payment should be settled to the hotel the latest by 17 days prior arrival.
Payment: Cash Basis prior to Arrival
* Please send the payment in full amount to our bank account.
