The Hotel Vila Lumbung is a small exotic village surrounded by masterly designed tropical gardens. The special shape of the grass-roof villas is derived from the typical Balinese "Lumbung". The upper part of this center hut of each family compound serves as a rice barn, while the lower floor - an elevated lounging area ("Bale") - is used as a meeting place.
Our garden and rooftop rooms have all cozy and comfortable elevated lounging areas and terraces for private breakfast or dining. While your eyes can rest, enjoying the lush surrounding gardens, tastefully selected furniture will make you feel at home. THE RESERVATION PROCEDURES:
1. Reservation must be sent by fax or email to the above-mentioned address
2. Guest name and detail of arrival and departure shall follow every booking.
3. The confirmation of each room is subject to room availability and "first-come-first-served" basis
4. Cut-off date for final rooming/guest list: 17 days prior to guest expected arrival for regular season and 35 days prior to guest arrival for high season, after which HVL reserves the right to release part and/or all rooms
CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY:
1. One night rate will be charge for any cancellation made within 5 days prior to each guest arrival (Regular Season) and 10(ten) prior to guest arrival (High Season)
2. Same Day cancellation notice or voluntary no show is subject to full amount of total booked.
TERM OF PAYMENT :
1. All Transactions is based on full advance payment not later than 10 days(regular season) and 25 days (high Season)
2. On certain occasions in order to hold the confirmed booking, deposit may be requested by upon confirmation of the booking.
The '++' behind the Published Rates indicates that these prices are subject to an additional 11% Indonesian Government Tax and 10% Service Surcharge. Breakfast is usually not included in Published Rates.
Our Internet Rates are already inclusive of 21% Tax and Service Surcharge.
B'Fast "Included", means Breakfast is already included in our rates.
B'Fast "Excluded", means Breakfast is NOT included in our rates.
