All prices are quoted in US Dollar, unless specified otherwise. All rates are per room per night for single or double occupancy.

Regular Season (Validity: October 01 - 10, 2007, Oct 16 - Dec 26, 2007 and 04 Jan - 31 Mar 2008)

High Season (Validity: October 11 - 17, 2007)

Peak Season (Validity: December 27, 2007 - January 03, 2008)

Rates are only valid for Indonesian citizen or Kim's holder.
ID Card is required upon check in, otherwise published rate will apply.

Rates quoted are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and inclusive of the applicable Service Charge and Government tax, currently 10% and 11%. In an event of tax fluctuation the above bet rates will be adjusted accordingly. The rate for Extra Bed is Rp 150.000, inclusive of buffet breakfast.

The above rates are inclusive daily breakfast for two persons and 1 child inclusive 5 years old.

Minimum stay 4 nights for check in date on 28 December 2007; - unable to check in or check out on 31 December 2007.

Check-out time is 12.00 noon on the day of departure, check-in time is 14.00 noon on the day of arrival.

Other Benefits:
* Welcome drink upon arrival
* Daily two bottles of mineral water during the stay
* Honeymooner; fruit basket and flower bouquet upon arrival (Please note upon booking)
* Long staying guest (minimum 7 nights) will get free one time meal for all paid guests in the room every 7 nights.

Cancellation Policy:
* The following cancellation fee will be charged per room if:
- A cancellation is made after the option dates.
- A cancellation is made after a pre-payment.
Option dates:
(Season 1) 07 days prior to arrival = 1 night's room revenue
(Season 2) 17 days prior to arrival = 1 night's room revenue
(Season 3) 25 days prior to arrival = 1 night's room revenue

The following cancellation fee will be charged for total room reserved if:
- A cancellation is made after check-in
- Stay is seasoned after check-in
- There is a no-show

Payment Policy:
- 50% deposit is required for any booking at peak and high season
- Minimum 1 night deposit at low season.
- Full payment must be settled 14 days prior to arrival

The '++' behind the Published Rates indicates that these prices are subject to an additional 11% Indonesian Government Tax and 10% Service Surcharge. Breakfast is usually not included in Published Rates.

Our Internet Rates are already inclusive of 21% Tax and Service Surcharge.
B'Fast "Included", means Breakfast is already included in our rates.
B'Fast "Excluded", means Breakfast is NOT included in our rates.
