All prices are quoted in US Dollar, unless specified otherwise. All rates are per room per night for single or double occupancy.

Regular Season (Validity: Jan 06 - July 14)

High Season (Validity: July 15 - Aug 31 and Dec 20 - Jan 05)

Room rate is quoted based on room only, including welcome massage, sunset high tea with traditional delicacies and return airport transfer if needed. Extra bed: US$35

For December 20 - January 05 bookings, hotel terms & conditions are:
* Minimum 4 nights stay required
* No Arrival or Departure on December 31 and on January 01

Meal Rates:
American Breakfast US$18 net
Continental Breakfast US$14 net
Indonesian Breakfast US$12 net
Lunch/Dinner US$35 net

Room Occupancy & Child Policy:
Maximum occupation is 2 adults and 1 child OR maximum 3 adults in one room. One room could only accommodate one extra bed. With exception for Kampoeng Suite (2Bedrroms Suite). An extra-bed request for adult will be charged accordingly. maximum 1 child aged below 12 years old using existing bedding - is - free of charge - when sharing with adults. a discount of 50% from meals published rate for Children between 5 years to 12 years old is applicable.

Day Use:
A 50% charge of room rate will apply for the confirmed late check-out until 18:00 hours.

Check-in and Check-out:
Check-in and Check-Out time is 12:00. Hotel Tugu Bali will make any attempts to accommodate any requests for early Check-in or Check-out based on availability and non-guaranteed at the actual check-in or check-out day.

Reservation Guarantee:
All reservation can only be confirmed with at least one night prepayment by cash or telegraphic transfer to our account. Full-prepayment must be settled at least 14 days prior of arrival.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy:
Any cancellation made (less than 10 days during low season) and (less than 25 days during high season) prior arrival is subject to one night charge. 50% charge on all room nights reserved, if canceled within 10 days prior arrival date, during High Season. No shows, early departures, late arrival are subject to 100% cancellation free of all rooms night reserved.

The '++' behind the Published Rates indicates that these prices are subject to an additional 11% Indonesian Government Tax and 10% Service Surcharge. Breakfast is usually not included in Published Rates.

Our Internet Rates are already inclusive of 21% Tax and Service Surcharge.
B'Fast "Included", means Breakfast is already included in our rates.
B'Fast "Excluded", means Breakfast is NOT included in our rates.
