High Season (Validity: July 01, 2007 until August 31, 2007)

Peak Season (Validity: December 23, 2007 until January 03, 2008)

Terms & Conditions:
* Rates are based on per room per night
* Room Rate is applicable for Single / Double Occupancy in a room
* Advance reservation is required subject to room availability

Room rate inclusive of:
* Welcome drink and cold towel on arrival
* Breakfast for up to two persons in a room
* Daily two bottles of mineral water in a room

Honeymooners Benefit:
* Tropical fruits, Flower arrangement and double bed guaranteed.

Family Plan:
* No charge for children under 12 years old, sharing same room with parents and using the existing bedding (exclude breakfast)
* Meals 50% off from the adult price

Airport Transfer:
Additional cost would be charged of US$ 45.00 net/vehicle/way

Check In/Out Procedures:
* Check in time is at 13.00 hours and check out time is on 12.00 noon
* Extension of Check-out until 18.00 hours is subject to space availability and will be charge 50% off from net room rate & Check-out after 18.00 hours is subject to one night room charge at room rate.

Cancellation & No Show:
* Cancellation less than 10 days in normal season, 17 days for high season prior to arrival or No Show the hotel reserves the right to impose 1 night charge.
* No refund will be granted for guest check out earlier than booking arrangement.

Payment Set-Up:
* One night non refundable deposit is required the latest by 35 days for High & Peak season prior to arrival date while balance payment should be settled to the hotel the latest by 17 days prior to arrival.

The '++' behind the Published Rates indicates that these prices are subject to an additional 11% Indonesian Government Tax and 10% Service Surcharge. Breakfast is usually not included in Published Rates.

Our Internet Rates are already inclusive of 21% Tax and Service Surcharge.
B'Fast "Included", means Breakfast is already included in our rates.
B'Fast "Excluded", means Breakfast is NOT included in our rates.
