All rates are per villa per night for single or double occupancy.

Regular Season (Validity: January 06 - June 30, and September 01 - December 19, 2007)

High Season Validity: July 01 - August 31, and December 20 - January 05)

The rates above are net, inclusive Indonesian or American Breakfast. Airport Transfer: US$ 45/car/way (max. 4 persons)

Children Policy:
No extra charge of children under 12 years old, occupying in the same room with their parents, if no extra bed required.

No-Show / Cancellation:
One night fee applies for no show. For booking cancellation 7 days or less before arrival, one night cancellation will be applied.

The '++' behind the Published Rates indicates that these prices are subject to an additional 11% Indonesian Government Tax and 10% Service Surcharge. Breakfast is usually not included in Published Rates.

Our Internet Rates are already inclusive of 21% Tax and Service Surcharge.
B'Fast "Included", means Breakfast is already included in our rates.
B'Fast "Excluded", means Breakfast is NOT included in our rates.
