All rates are per villa per night for single or double occupancy.

Regular Season (Validity: January 11 until July 14, 2007 and September 16 until December 19, 2007)

High Season Validity: July 15, 2006 until September 15, 2007)

Peak Season (Validity: December 20, 2007 until January 10, 2008)

All rates inclusive of:
* Welcome chilled towel & refreshment upon arrival

* Daily afternoon tea served in the villa
* Daily turn down service in the villa
* Daily breakfast for 2 persons/room
* Daily replenished mineral water
* In-room tea & coffee facilities

* Complimentary shuttle within Sanur area based on schedule
* Complimentary 15 minutes back massage for 2 persons/room
* Beach facilities is available - with at least one day prior booking

Villa Capacity:
1 Bedroom can accommodate maximum 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years old.

Children Policy:
Children less than 4 years old will get free of charge breakfast and less than 12 years old get 50% off the adult price.

Cancellation & No Show Policy:
Any cancellation made within 16 days prior to guest arrival, will result in the forfeiting one night accommodation cancellation penalty. Any cancellation made within 10 days prior to arrival, or in case of no show, a full nights booking charge will be applied

Check-In / Check-Out Policy:
Check in time 14.00 hours, should the guest arrive earlier the have t wait until rooms are ready. Check Out time is 12.00 hours.

Day Use Policy:
Late check out until 18.00 is charged 50% from the existing room rate and after 18.00 consider a full night charge applied. Earl;y check in and late check out are subject to space availability and prior notification is requested.

Payment Policy:
* 50% deposit to secure your reservation
* 14 days prior to arrival the full payment must be settled

The '++' behind the Published Rates indicates that these prices are subject to an additional 11% Indonesian Government Tax and 10% Service Surcharge. Breakfast is usually not included in Published Rates.

Our Internet Rates are already inclusive of 21% Tax and Service Surcharge.
B'Fast "Included", means Breakfast is already included in our rates.
B'Fast "Excluded", means Breakfast is NOT included in our rates.
