All prices are quoted in US Dollar, unless specified otherwise. All rates are per room per night for single or double occupancy.

Regular Season (Validity: January 06, 2008 until March 31, 2008)

High Season (Validity: September 20, 2007 until December 23, 2007)

Peak Season (Validity: December 24, 2007 until January 03, 2008)

The above mentioned rates are quoted in US Dollar, net, inclusive of 21% government tax and service charge.

Check-in time is from 14.00 hours and check-out time on or before 12.00 noon. Extension of check out is subject to availability and will be charged 50% based on rates. Check out after 18.00 hours is subject to one night room charge.

Payment:
payment method must be settled at the time of booking.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy:
Cancellation less than 10/17/25 days prior to arrival date for period Low/High/Peak Season and for no shows will be charged one night room.

- Minimum 4 nights stay for peak season period (24 December 2007 - 03 January 2008) and not allowed check in - check out on December 31.

- One time compulsory dinner is applied on 29 December 2007 to January 2008. Rate at USD 20 net/person.

The '++' behind the Published Rates indicates that these prices are subject to an additional 11% Indonesian Government Tax and 10% Service Surcharge. Breakfast is usually not included in Published Rates.

Our Internet Rates are already inclusive of 21% Tax and Service Surcharge.
B'Fast "Included", means Breakfast is already included in our rates.
B'Fast "Excluded", means Breakfast is NOT included in our rates.
