Term And Conditions:
* The Above rates have include breakfast and tax for max. 2 persons.
* The Above rates are based on single/double occupancy
* Children under 12 years old sharing room with parents and use the existing bed is free of charge on room only

Full Prepayment Policy:
* Hotel should have receive the reservation status( confirm or not) 2 days after the booking is made and full prepayment should be received 5(five) days after that and please send us the transfer receipt as a confirmation.
* For any reservation made less than 5 days prior to the check-in date, we will advise the confirmation and full prepayment cut off date in our confirmation letter.
* Kindly be advised that the deposit is refundable if your cancellation notification is made 10 days prior to the check in date

Cancellation Policy:
* No Charge if canceled before 10 days
* 50% charge id canceled less than 10 days
* Full Charge of the reserved days if the cancellation less than 2 days prior to the check in date

Check-in & Check-out time:
Check-in time is at 14.00 and check-out time is at 12.00 noon.

The '++' behind the Published Rates indicates that these prices are subject to an additional 11% Indonesian Government Tax and 10% Service Surcharge. Breakfast is usually not included in Published Rates.

Our Internet Rates are already inclusive of 21% Tax and Service Surcharge.
B'Fast "Included", means Breakfast is already included in our rates.
B'Fast "Excluded", means Breakfast is NOT included in our rates.
